SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Presently, QuickBoard will ship by ground, for a fixed rate of $29 per scooter, 3-5 business days, either USPS or UPS, to the 48 contiguous states plus Washington D.C.. Please contact us for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. territories and Canada. All risks of shipment are transferred to the purchaser upon delivery to the above carriers.
Even though, QuickBoard has assembled scooters with the best components we could find, we understand that there is always a small chance for a customer to choose to return an item. Therefore, we have made it possible for our purchasers to return, within 7 days of receiving, undamaged scooters that are proven to be defective, solely through manufacturer’s fault and not through any misuse or abuse by the customer, with a 35% restocking fee. The purchaser will be responsible for the return fee.
All products on RideQuickBoard.com are sold with 30 days LIMITED warranty, which will be VOID WITH ANY ACCIDENTS, ANY VISIBLE DAMAGE to the exterior shell, any WATER/MOISTURE damage to the interior of the hoverboard or any type of damage caused by MISUSE by the user. QuickBoard is not liable for any damages, or injuries of any kind, including any consequential damages, or injuries, that may result to the user from the use of the Scooters or products sold on rideQuickBoard.com Web site. In the event of litigation, both parties agree to waive trial by jury and file any and all claims only in Fairfax County General District Court to be adjudicated under the Laws of the state of Virginia.
The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and QuickBoard with respect to all matters. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and QuickBoard with respect to all matters. No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized by QuickBoard. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
